Welcome to LEBLOG!

July 2010 sees the latest chapter in what has become an annual fixture on the international cycling calendar - The Probert Challenge. After 2009's '3 Pays Challenge', the Probert team riders are now gearing up for their latest quest: LEJOG.

LEJOG is a snappier way of saying Land's End (to) John O'Groats which will be our route, so that's the very south western point of Cornwall to the very north eastern tip of Scotland (up hill for the extra challenge). Thats as far between two points as you can get in the UK mainland; around 1000 miles (1600 km) in round figures.

We saddle up and start pedaling in anger on Friday July 9th, and over the following 3 weeks we'll be keeping LEBLOG updated so you can track our progress and keep count of the punctures and pints along the way.
